Before we make a commitment to market a vendor’s product we determine the vendor’s ability to support BTP thus allowing us to support our clients. We verify that we will be allowed to locally support the product in and out of its warranty, that spare parts will be available, that access to technical resources will be available and that the vendor shows an interest in our success. Every vendor product we resell must meet this criteria. You can be assured that for the lifetime of the product, BTP will support your equipment investment.
Vendor authorization & certification is not easily acquired. Financial investments must be made in training of product, technical training, purchase of demo product, spare parts and specialized support tools. We make these investments to assist our clients in making educated decisions for their business’ success and to maintain the product long after the warranty expiration.
