BTP provides manufacturer warranty and out of warranty hardware service to Central Florida businesses and home users at our office, your home or office. Requests for service are scheduled at the time of your call and are responded to as quickly as possible. We accept priority and after-hours service calls. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and is staffed during the lunch hour.

Service Delivery Rates & Policies:

Our in-shop rate is $75 for the first hour of labor which includes evaluation and diagnostics. If the repair can be completed in the first hour, no other charges would apply. If repair costs exceed one hour or parts are required, a written estimate will be provided. Large format printers, color laser printers, and plotters are billed at $125 per hour.

Onsite service calls are billed at $130 for the first hour. Each additional hour is billed at $75 per hour with a one-hour minimum per device serviced. Large format printers, color laser printers, network and server issues are billed at $195 for the first hour and additional hours are billed at $125. BTP will travel to any location in Florida. Travel beyond the 1st hour is billed at $55 per hour plus any tolls encountered.

Unless payment terms have been setup in advance, payment is required at the time of service. BTP accepts cash, check, credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, VISA & Discover) and debit cards.

All repairs are warranted to the extent of the original problem for 30 days and provides for all travel, parts and labor. If additional parts are required to affect repair, those parts will be quoted in advance.
